fit guarantee

Your jeans should fit amazingly.

Once you receive your jeans, we recommend you wear them for a week to work them into their true fit. If the waistband is a bit too tight, just give it a gentle stretch. For a tighter fit, wash and dry them on hot. The more you wear them, the more they mold to your shape. Untreated jeans take some time to come to their true shape.

If after these adjustments you are still not satisfied with the fit, let us know- we'll adjust and rebuild them until you refuse to take them off. care@unspun.io

We accept returns or requests for adjustments within 2 months from the day you got your jeans.

alterations & returns

We accept requests for free alterations due to fit and quality issues, but not due to product selections (like exchanging your launch fit for an offline fit). Unsure what to choose? Feel free to schedule a virtual appointment, or reach out to us through email or text. We can help you figure it out!

We accept requests for adjustments or returns within 2 months from the day you got your jeans.

To request an alteration, send us an email with the subject line: Alteration for [your order number]. In the email, please send us photos of you in your jeans from the front, back and side (and any other angles you think are necessary). Be sure to explain what you don't like! Alternatively, come in-person to our store to consult with a fit specialist.

We fast track all alterations to the front of the line, but expect 2-3 weeks before they're back in your hands.

We accept returns due to fit or quality issues, but not due to product selections. We give refunds if you don’t like the fit, but highly recommend you try at least one round of alterations before requesting a refund. Sometimes you are just a tweak away from your dream jeans.

After emailing us, we will email you a return label so you can send back the jeans.  

We will process your return after we receive your email request, and your jeans.

worldwide delivery
Once you've scanned and designed your jeans, the typical build time is 3-4 weeks. Shipping times vary, especially in a pandemic. :) It is possible to change your address within one week of placing your order, as it is directly forwarded to our logistics partner. 

international shipping
Delivery times vary based on location, but you can anticipate your jeans 5-10 business days after they've left production.

If you live outside of the United States or Hong Kong, you will be responsible for customs fees, including taxes, duties and any other fees assessed at the border of the country where the package is delivered. 

Shipping charges may vary based on your location.

Once your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email that includes your tracking number so that you can follow the progress of your shipment.

We recommend:

You can extend the lifecycle of your jeans by washing them infrequently. Hang drying will preserve their quality (dryers are rough!).

PROTIP: customer care accounts for 30% of the total water used during the lifecycle of your jeans. So take advantage of your power to keep the environmental impact of your jeans low! πŸŒ±

repairs & afterlife

We offer free repairs on anything within the first 2 years.

PROTIP: the most sustainable option is to get your jeans repaired locally, as you avoid shipping your denim back and forth while supporting smaller local repair shops.  🌱

To request a repair, send us an email with the subject line: Repair for [your order number]. After emailing us, we will email you a return label so you can send back the jeans.

Repairs can take up to 3 weeks and we will inform you once the jeans are ready.

When choosing the fabrics for our jeans we pay special attention to quality, so your jeans will last much longer than traditionally made jeans.

Nevertheless, even the best things come to an end. When that's the case for your jeans, let us know and we'll take them back for repurposing. We take back all jeans! Read more about the process on our sustainability page.

To request end of life services for your jeans, send us an email with the subject line: End of life for [your order number]. After emailing us, we will email you a return label so you can send back the jeans.
