Your jeans should fit amazingly.
Once you receive your jeans, we recommend you wear them for a week to work them into their true fit. If the waistband is a bit too tight, just give it a gentle stretch. For a tighter fit, wash and dry them on hot. The more you wear them, the more they mold to your shape. Untreated jeans take some time to come to their true shape.
If after these adjustments you are still not satisfied with the fit, let us know- we'll adjust and rebuild them until you refuse to take them off. firstname.lastname@example.org
We accept returns or requests for adjustments within 2 months from the day you got your jeans.

free worldwide delivery
Once you've scanned and designed your jeans, the typical build time is 3-4 weeks. Shipping times vary, especially in a pandemic. :)
It is possible to change your address only within one week of placing your order, as it is directly forwarded to our logistics partner.
Delivery times vary based on location, but you can anticipate your jeans 5-10 business days after they've left production.
If you live outside of the United States or Hong Kong, you will be responsible for customs fees, including taxes, duties and any other fees assessed at the border of the country where the package is delivered. Here’s a reference for a rough estimation on the cost you might expect for customs fees and duties.

Once your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email that includes your tracking number so that you can follow the progress of your shipment.

You can extend the lifecycle of your jeans by washing them infrequently. Hang drying will preserve their quality (dryers are rough!). PROTIP: customer care accounts for 30% of the total water used during the lifecycle of your jeans. So take advantage of your power to keep the environmental impact of your jeans low!

we accept requests for free adjustments due to fit and quality issues only, but not due to product selections (like changing your launch fit for an offline fit). Unsure? Feel free to drop us an email to ask, we can help you figure it out!
when you request a remake please also:
send us well-lit clear front, back, and side photos of you in the jeans, plus any more images necessary or come in physically to our store to consult with our fit specialist.
Without one of these we will not be able to remake your pants, but honestly it's kinda fun!
We fast track all alterations to the front of the line in our next product drop, so expect 2-3 weeks before they're back in your hands.
We accept returns only due to fit or quality issues, but not due to product selections. We give refunds if you don’t like the fit but highly recommend you to try one round of alterations before requesting a refund. Sometimes you are just a tweak away from your dream jeans.
We want you to love these jeans, but if you don’t and want a full refund instead we will do so with no questions asked after we receive images of you in the pant showing the issues they have and the physical jeans, sent back with a free return label that is supplied by us.

repairs & afterlife_
We offer free repairs on anything within the first 2 years
PROTIP: the most sustainable option is to get your jeans repaired locally, as you avoid shipping your denim back and forth while supporting smaller local repair shops.
You can request a repair at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will ship you a free return label.
Repairs can take up to 3 weeks and we will inform you once the jeans are ready.
end of life
When choosing the fabrics for our jeans we pay special attention to quality, so your jeans will last much longer than traditionally made jeans.
Nevertheless, even the best things come to an end eventually. When that's the case for your jeans' life, let us know and we'll take them back for repurposing. We are taking back all unspun jeans for repurposing. Read more about the process on our sustainability page!
